The Laars Hot Water Generator is offered in both a vertical or horizontal configuration. They can be bare (red oxide primer), insulated and jacketed (R12) or insulated with top coat (R16). You can select from one our standard designs or customize to your specific needs.
Laars Hot Water Generators can be used in ether water to water or steam to water applications. They are equipped with U-bend heat exchanger that can be configured as a 2 or 4 pass in ether single or double wall construction. Heat exchangers are offered in your choice of copper, stainless or copper nickel tubes. All tube sheets are 304 stainless steel unless otherwise requested.
Laars offers NPT, flanged or grooved fittings for your Hot Water Generator. Choose between porcelain enamel (glass) or epoxy linings for potable water applications up to 180°F & 160 PSI max. For higher temperatures or special applications Laars offers 316L stainless steel tank construction.
