A multi-family apartment building, located on the coast of Lake Ontario in Newfane NY, had a 40+ year old boiler that needed to be replaced. Not only had it lived its life, it was leaking carbon monoxide. The boiler was in a very tight space between other existing equipment. The replacement needed to be something small, but mighty, to fit in that space and keep the apartment warm and safe for its tenants which included a newborn baby boy.
