Dallas-area based Laars manufacturer representative, McMillan James Equipment Company, was contacted to procure the ideal equipment to supply hot water for space and water heating in the newest JW Marriott property in Dallas' Art District.
The 267 guest rooms along with 20,000 square feet of meeting space, all built on top of an existing 10-story parking garage, are being kept comfortable with three 3000 MBH MagnaTherm FT boilers. The MagnaTherm FT boilers are supplying hot water for heating to the common-space air handlers as well as to a set of two plate and frame heat exchangers that supply domestic hot water to the common spaces and hotel.
